Community Recreation Center
The Community Recreation Center planning process has resumed with several public meetings about a potential Community Recreation Center (CRC). A CRC was identified as the top priority in the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan (PROS).
Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan
The City of Grand Junction has initiated an effort to create the City’s first Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan and update the existing Transportation Engineering Design Standards.
Shared Micromobility Pilot Study
The Shared Micromobility Pilot Study will solicit up to three shared micromobility companies to launch services within city limits. Companies who are selected will be required to provide dedicated parking and share anonymized data with the City via a third-party.

Zoning & Development Code Update
The Zoning & Development Code update is an important next step in the comprehensive planning process, focused on making sure that the rules that govern land development (zoning and subdivision regulations) support the vision, goals and strategies that were identified by the community as part of the One Grand Junction Comprehensive Plan.
