- The City of Grand Junction is looking for community input on the future use of the Historic Water Treatment Plant Building.

Shared Micromobility Pilot Study
- The City of Grand Junction is considering a Pilot Study to evaluate the role of Shared Micromobility in helping the City reach its mobility goals as laid out in the 2020 One Grand Junction Comprehensive Plan, and to evaluate the impact of shared e-scooters and e-bikes on mobility, quality of life, emergency services, and infrastructure.

- The Zoning & Development Code update is an important next step in the comprehensive planning process, focused on making sure that the rules that govern land development (zoning and subdivision regulations) support the vision, goals and strategies that were identified by the community as part of the One Grand Junction Comprehensive Plan.
