Decision Making Criteria
Per Section 21.01.140 of the Zoning and Development Code, the Planning Commission and City Council shall base their decisions in consideration of the extent to which the applicant demonstrates the following criteria have been met:
(1)    Subsequent events have invalidated the original premises and findings; and/or
(2)    The character and/or condition of the area has changed such that the amendment is consistent with the Plan; and/or
(3)    Public and community facilities are adequate to serve the type and scope of land use proposed; and/or
(4)    An inadequate supply of suitably designated land is available in the community, as defined by the presiding body, to accommodate the proposed land use; and/or
(5)    The community or area, as defined by the presiding body, will derive benefits from the proposed amendment.

on the hill where 27 road turns into be Road there is a flashing yellow light due to limited visibility the homeowners out here worked hard to get it installed very few people reduce their speed here to further complicate things the road the road. is very narrow with no curb and gutters and the people on the south side of the park next to or on or over the white line blocking Vision to the west bound traffic well stopped at Rincon how are the Harris people. going to the exit from this property are they going to go to New Roads for be road or are they headed for being a quarter the traffic is very heavy with activities at the fairgrounds cars from Rincon and cars from climbers Berry and Dr adding another road from the Harris property will make things worse I've tried to get this section of be Road Patrol after being told to contact the Esso City please CSP I've given up on trying to get things slow down please do not approve this zoning change we don't need that much extra traffic on this particular narrow road. thank you
